Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frantoio Medium Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients, except the Frantoio Medium Olive Oil to a bowl and whisk together.

Step 2
Slowly add the Frantoio Medium Olive Oil and whisk vigorously while pouring until the dressing is emulsified.
